Is Convilyn ready for production use?
We're currently in early access. Core features work, but we're actively improving based on user feedback. Your input helps shape the product.
Do I need to pick a format every time?
No. Turbo uses Smart Default and remembers your last choice.
What if the goal is ambiguous?
We ask a small, non-blocking question while processing continues.
Can I change formats mid-run?
Yes. The bottom sheet lets you switch output without restarting.
What file formats do you support?
convilyn supports images (JPG, PNG, HEIC, SVG, TIFF, BMP, WebP), documents (PDF, DOCX, DOC, PPTX, TXT), video (MP4, MOV, WEBM, AVI), and audio (MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG). More formats are added regularly.
How does batch processing work?
Drop multiple files at once. convilyn applies your selected format to all files by default, but you can override settings per file from the queue drawer.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Files are processed securely and deleted after conversion. We do not store or share your content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What is the difference between Turbo and Goal mode?
Turbo mode uses smart defaults and starts instantly - perfect for quick conversions. Goal mode lets you describe what you want in plain language, and convilyn builds a custom pipeline.
What are the file size limits?
Free accounts can convert files up to 100MB each. Pro accounts support files up to 500MB. Contact us for enterprise requirements.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Click the "Upgrade" button in the pricing section or contact support@corenovus.com for team and enterprise plans.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer a free trial for Pro?
Yes. New users get a 14-day free trial of Pro features when they sign up. No credit card required to start.
How fast is the conversion process?
Most conversions complete in seconds. Processing time depends on file size and complexity. Pro users get priority queue access.
