Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Convilyn, operated by CoreNovus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our subscription services.

Throughout this policy, references to "we," "us," "our," or "the Service" refer to the Convilyn service and CoreNovus.

2. Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record (MoR). This means:

  • Paddle is the entity that processes your payment and issues refunds
  • Refund requests are subject to Paddle's processing procedures
  • Paddle handles all payment-related compliance and tax matters according to their Terms of Service

3. 14-Day Free Trial

All new Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial period. During this time, you can explore all Pro features without being charged.

  • The trial begins when you subscribe to Pro
  • Full access to all Pro features during the trial
  • Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge
  • Automatic billing begins after the trial ends unless canceled

We strongly encourage you to evaluate the Service during the trial period to ensure it meets your needs.

4. Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction, without giving any reason.

Important Exception: By downloading, streaming, or otherwise acquiring digital content, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or transmission has begun.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at Paddle's sole discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Paddle reserves the right to refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

6. Subscriptions and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • You can resubscribe at any time

Important: To cancel your subscription, please contact us at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date.

Please note that your right to cancel applies only to the initial subscription, not upon each automatic renewal. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.

7. Wire Transfer Payments

If you pay via wire transfer, please ensure you provide the correct payment details (your unique bank transfer reference number), company VAT/sales tax code, and order information to avoid delays.

Please note: Orders paid via wire transfer are not protected under the Consumer Credit Act (CCA) and are therefore not eligible for a refund. However, in cases where the transaction amount (including sales tax) exceeds $100 / £100 / €100, you may be entitled to a refund at Paddle's discretion.

8. Sales Tax Refund

If you have been charged sales tax (including VAT, GST, or Consumption Tax) and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by applicable law.

  • You must contact Paddle within 60 days after completing the purchase to be eligible
  • A valid sales tax code for your country is required
  • All requests received after 60 days will not be processed

9. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To exercise your right to cancel or request a refund, please contact us primarily at support@corenovus.com with your purchase email and charge date. We will review your request and handle the communication with Paddle to ensure the fastest resolution.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the applicable period.

10. Refund Processing

If you cancel your purchase as permitted above, Paddle will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to cancel.

Refunds are processed and issued solely by Paddle, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date. Changes will not affect refund requests submitted before the update.
