Acceptable Use Policy
Effective January 8, 2026
1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is and is not permitted when using Convilyn. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to every user of the Service, regardless of plan (Free, Pro, or Business).
By using Convilyn, you agree to this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, process, generate, or distribute content that:
- Constitutes or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualised depiction of minors
- Infringes intellectual property rights, including copyrighted material you do not own or have license to process
- Contains malware, exploits, viruses, or other malicious code
- Violates third-party privacy rights, including unauthorised personal data of identifiable individuals
- Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or discrimination on the basis of protected characteristics
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to facilitate financial scams
- Is illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction or the jurisdictions where Convilyn operates
3. Prohibited Use of AI Features
You may not use Convilyn's AI-powered features to:
- Attempt to jailbreak, bypass, or otherwise circumvent the safety measures of the AI models
- Inject malicious prompts intended to extract system prompts, model weights, or other internal information
- Generate deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive, impersonate, or harm individuals
- Produce content meant to evade content-moderation systems on Convilyn or any third-party platform
- Generate political disinformation, election interference content, or unauthorised political endorsements
- Perform denial-of-service attacks via crafted prompts intended to exhaust compute resources
4. Account and Access Restrictions
To preserve fair access for all users, you may not:
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free-tier limits or circumvent paid-plan quotas
- Use automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of Convilyn pages or APIs beyond reasonable user-driven use
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass rate limits, credit allowances, or other usage controls
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Convilyn-generated outputs as a substitute service without a written agreement
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorised parties to use your account
5. AI Output and Your Responsibility
You own the outputs generated from your inputs (see Terms §6). Because AI models may produce inaccurate, misleading, or unexpected results, you are responsible for verifying AI-generated output before relying on it, especially for decisions with legal, financial, medical, or safety implications.
Convilyn does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. Verification is your responsibility.
6. Enforcement and Consequences
When we identify a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Warning: a notice and a request to correct the behaviour
- Suspension: temporary restriction of access while we investigate
- Termination: permanent closure of your account for serious or repeated violations
- Legal action: referral to law enforcement or civil action where appropriate, especially for illegal content
Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees or unused credit allowance.
Severe violations — including CSAM, credible threats of violence, and active malicious use against third parties — may result in immediate termination without prior warning.
7. Reporting Violations
If you believe another user is violating this AUP, or that AI-generated output from Convilyn is being misused, please contact us:
Email: support@corenovus.com
We investigate reports in good faith and take action where warranted. We may not be able to disclose investigation details for privacy or legal reasons.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect new product capabilities, emerging abuse patterns, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Convilyn after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
