Yes. Goal Lane runs ready-made templates; when none of them fits, Builder turns a plain-language chat into a reusable workflow you can run like any other. Every plan includes Builder sessions, Free included. A session counts only once the AI starts working on your first message, so opening a chat and abandoning it costs nothing.

Yes — convert multiple files in one operation, on every plan including Free. Batches support up to 50 files each; per-file size and concurrency limits depend on your plan.

Files are encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest. Uploaded source files are deleted about an hour after upload, by a sweeper that runs every 15 minutes; a file still attached to a running workflow is kept until that run finishes. Converted outputs are kept for at most 30 days, and files you keep in cloud storage stay until you delete them. Payment is handled by Paddle — PCI DSS compliant, no card details stored.

E-commerce is template-driven, so there is no fixed platform list: upload the official batch-upload spreadsheet of any marketplace — Shopee, Lazada, momo, Taobao, Dewu, TikTok Shop, Coupang or another — and the agent fills it with your product data. For social, the multi-platform post workflow targets Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, the product-image launch pack writes copy for Instagram, Facebook, Threads and X, and the subtitle workflow has layout presets for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and YouTube.
